Blank has a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, and worked as a model for Venus Swimwear and Hawaiian Tropic. Beginning in late , she began participating in more wrestling matches, and unsuccessfully challenged for both the WWE Divas Championship and the WWE Women's Championship on multiple occasions. She left WWE in , but has since returned for occasional appearances.

Blank recently opened up on the Chasing Glory with Lilian Garcia podcast where she revealed several fascinating details that may take professional wrestling fans by surprise. She shares the nickname with the iconic Mattel toy, which presented a unique challenge when she arrived in WWE.
